When contacting us about an existing order, please include the following information so we can help you faster: your order number (found in your order confirmation), the product name and amount purchased, the Player ID or UID you entered at checkout, your payment method (eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, etc.), the transaction ID or reference number from your payment app, and a clear description of the issue you are experiencing. Providing all details upfront helps us resolve your issue in the first response.
